TERMS OF SALE FOR THE AUCTION

1. All lots are unreserved , but to avoid ridiculous bidding, we reserve the right to withdraw lots in the event that bidding does not reach an acceptable level. Please note that bids under $2.00 will not be accepted.
   
   
2. All lots are sold to the highest bidder at one bid above the second highest bid. Buy bids will be accepted on a first-come - first served basis.
   
   
3. Successful bidders will be notified of the lots awarded to them and must remit payment before the lots are sent. A handling charge is added to each invoice to cover the cost of postage, insurance and packaging. All lots will be sent upon receipt of payment.
   
   
4. Payment may be made by cheque, money order, VISA or Mastercard. Credit card payments will be subjected to a 4% administrative fee. Any amount outstanding beyond thirty (30) days will be subject to 2% interest/month.
   
   
5. PST, GST or HST, as applicable, will be added to accounts of all bidders in Canada (unless exempt – please provide exemption account numbers). Shipments outside of Canada are exempt form these taxes.
   
   
6. Lots are guaranteed as described. Any returns must be sent within seven (7) days of receipt. Money paid will be promptly returned.
   
   
7. Stamps illustrated in the catalogue may not be returned for reasons of centring or cancellation. No lots may be returned by persons who have had an opportunity to view them before the Sale. Large lots and collections containing undescribed stamps are not returnable, nor are stamps described as having defects (because of the defects).
   
   
8. The placing of a bid shall constitute acceptance of the foregoing conditions of sale.
